THE perfect morning

Breakfast is ready for you upon arrival. The bread is in the freezer and can be heated in the oven. In the refrigerator, there is a small package with everything that, together with a good and freshly brewed coffee, completes a morning meal. Combined with the atmosphere in the circus wagon and the view over beautiful Ærø, your morning will be unforgettable.

There are sourdough rolls made by the "Brødsheriffen", who lives in Risemark on the island of Ærø. Sour dough, water, and salt, along with organic marigold, coarse wheat, and fine wheat. The flour comes from Kragegaarden on Fyn. In the package from Marstang Mad & Vin, you'll find organic butter from Naturmælk, homemade local jam, Gammel Knas cheese from ArlaUnika, and ham from a local pig. The espresso machine is filled with beans from the local roastery Dynamo, and in the refrigerator, there is organic milk ready for you to brew the perfect latte.

an evening to remember

On the kitchen table, there is a platter arranged by the local restaurant MarstangMad & Vin with charcuterie and cheese. The red wine can be uncorked upon arrival, allowing it to breathe before dinner is on the table, unless, of course, it is the white wine in the refrigerator that tempts you.
